Intermediate Civil Engineer for Growth Projects

Job Description

Join TBT Engineering as an Intermediate Civil Engineer and contribute to the planning and delivery of vital infrastructure projects. This full-time role offers an opportunity to apply your engineering skills in a collaborative environment.

In this position, you will manage various civil engineering projects, ensuring adherence to all regulatory standards. Lead design efforts, conduct technical analysis, and support the development of junior engineers as part of a multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities: • Manage engineering projects from concept to delivery • Prepare and review designs, reports, and specifications • Analyze drainage, utilities, and civil systems designs • Coordinate cross-disciplinary efforts for project success • Mentor and guide junior engineering staff

Requirements: • Civil Engineering degree with P.Eng. designation • Over 10 years of relevant experience in engineering • Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D or equivalent software • Strong understanding of engineering codes and standards • Skills in project management and stakeholder communication
