Sales Operations Coordinator at LightForm

Job Description

LightForm in Calgary is seeking a proactive Sales Operations Coordinator to enhance showroom and sales support. This full-time, in-person role focuses on quotation management, customer service, and showroom operations.

As a pivotal member of the LightForm team, you will support daily sales activities, manage customer requests, and ensure the showroom is welcoming and organized. The ideal candidate excels in multitasking, communicates effectively, and takes ownership of their responsibilities while working closely with the sales team to enhance customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities: • Support sales team in daily operations and customer inquiries • Prepare and manage accurate quotations and proposals • Maintain showroom displays and ensure a professional appearance • Assist with scheduling showroom appointments and customer events • Collaborate with the Sales Support team across Canada

Requirements: • Previous experience in sales support or customer service • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Comfortable working independently and in teams • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM, and ERP systems • Willing to learn about lighting and design industries
