Job Description

Assume leadership as a Site Superintendent for RNF Ventures in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, overseeing key construction initiatives. Ensure project goals are met through effective management and safety compliance.

RNF Ventures Ltd. needs experienced Site Superintendents for various projects. In this role, you will coordinate site operations, manage labor, and ensure quality control. Strong partnership with the Project Manager and clear communication with owners and consultants are vital for successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities: • Oversee job site activities for efficient project execution • Enforce company health and safety initiatives • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations • Manage and coordinate sub-trade activities effectively

Requirements: • Experience supervising projects in construction • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Understanding of health and safety practices • Knowledge of Microsoft Office is an asset • Familiarity with pre-engineered building processes preferred
