Allstate Canada is looking for a Guidewire Configuration Engineer for a hybrid role, focusing on BillingCenter integrations and enhancements. Drive application performance and system stability with your expertise.

This position with Allstate plays a critical role in enhancing the Guidewire BillingCenter capabilities and fostering successful project deliverables. Engage with cross-functional teams, driving application improvements while using best practices in Agile project management. Candidates should have extensive experience with Guidewire and strong technical skills in application configurations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the performance and architecture of BillingCenter

• Engage in the development of system improvements

• Facilitate iteration planning with scrum approach

• Implement Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment

• Conduct testing, reviews, and analysis of software lifecycles

Requirements:

• Guidewire Certification and 5+ years in related engineering

• Experience with Guidewire processes and Java Spring

• Familiarity with CI tools like Bitbucket and TeamCity

• Strong organizational and analytical skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
