Job Description

The Ontario Learning Development Foundation Inc. is hiring a Program Manager to lead important community youth programs. This full-time, in-person role centers around skills training and supportive placements.

As Program Manager, you will direct the implementation of the Youth Engagement Program and ensure its successful delivery. Your responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, developing program strategies, and collaborating closely with strategic partners for youth engagement. This position is vital for achieving timely program goals while adhering to budgetary guidelines.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage daily operations of youth engagement programs • Create detailed program plans and timelines • Coordinate with community organizations for volunteer placements • Lead a multidisciplinary team including program coordinators • Monitor performance metrics and prepare detailed reports
