Job Description

Take charge of customer implementation as an Implementation Manager at Minga. Lead a supportive team focused on training and tech rollout for schools.

This player-coach role requires managing a team of Implementation Managers dedicated to onboarding schools and districts efficiently. You'll mentor your team through complex projects and ensure each launch meets quality standards. Your contribution will create impactful change in the educational ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead and coach Implementation Managers through direct engagement • Establish performance benchmarks for launches and training • Recruit and onboard new Implementation Managers • Manage team workload against project demands • Innovate and maintain the implementation playbook

Requirements: • 5+ years in SaaS implementation or technical success • 2+ years in a management role • Expertise in SSO and roster integrations • Strong project management and communication skills • Preferred experience in K-12 EdTech
