Agilus seeks a Lead Mechanical Engineer for Hatch, a prominent engineering firm in Canada. Your expertise will support the Engineering Manager in providing technical leadership and ensuring that engineering standards meet client expectations. This role focuses on delivering mechanical engineering scope efficiently and safely, while liaising across multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project deliverables, budgets, and timelines

• Lead the review and approval of engineering documentation

• Establish engineering procedures and compliance standards

• Coordinate with vendors on procurement and equipment acquisition

• Participate in design reviews and project coordination

Requirements:

• B.Sc./B.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering and P.Eng. eligibility

• 15 years plus experience in project engineering

• Proven track record in multidisciplinary project leadership

• Expertise in mechanical engineering workflows

• Strong communication and mentoring capabilities
