DIALOG is searching for a talented Mechanical Engineer focused on high-performance building systems. You will lead designs from concept through to construction while mentoring junior engineers. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design of HVAC and plumbing systems

• Coordinate with architects and engineers for project success

• Create detailed Revit models and documentation

• Conduct load calculations and system sizing

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

• 5-10 years of mechanical system design experience

• Familiarity with relevant codes and standards

• Proficient in Revit and calculation software

• Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration
