Integration Delivery Manager at MaintainX

Job Description

Drive integration success as the Manager of Integration Delivery with MaintainX. Lead a team of integration consultants to ensure effective client-facing solutions while maintaining high standards and client satisfaction.

In this managerial role, you will oversee the implementation and delivery of integration services, managing a team dedicated to excellence in performance and client relations. Your experience will guide day-to-day operations, ensuring methodologies and best practices are consistently applied while enhancing team development and consultant utilization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of integration consultants

• Manage multiple client projects and workstreams effectively

• Ensure best practices in integration delivery and documentation

• Address client and internal delivery issues proactively

• Monitor consultant productivity and oversee performance reviews

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field

• 5+ years in professional services or systems integration

• 2+ years in team management roles

• Experience with ERP integrations and platforms

• Strong leadership and communication skills
