Enhance autonomous technology at AeroVect as a Lead Software Engineer focused on localization and mapping. Own significant areas of development and contribute to industry-leading solutions.

AeroVect is transforming how ground services operate, and we need a Lead Software Engineer to refine our localization stack. You will take charge of the technical direction, ensuring robust performance in real-world airport environments. This role demands expertise in state estimation and hands-on experience with sensor integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive production reliability for core localization features

• Contribute to online validation and drift detection

• Create tools for diagnostic evaluation

• Engage in regression testing for active deployments

• Use real operation data for continuous improvement

Requirements:

• 8+ years specializing in robotics or autonomous vehicles

• Mastery of multi-sensor fusion techniques

• Strong programming skills in C++ and Linux

• Familiarity with safety architecture and error propagation

• Relevant BS or MS in engineering or computer science
