As a key member of the finance management team, you will provide financial support and analysis to help drive the organization's success. Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will lead a team of finance professionals and partner closely with senior operational leaders as a trusted advisor. This role offers daily variety, strong growth potential, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact from day one. Your responsibilities will include:

Ensuring accurate and timely monthly and quarterly financial reporting

Performing technical accounting analysis in accordance with IFRS

Analyzing, summarizing, and presenting financial results to senior leadership

Supporting the M&A team with the financial integration of new acquisitions

Managing, coaching, and mentoring fellow financial professionals

Qualifications:

The main qualifications for this role include:

Formal accounting education

Complete or nearly completed CPA

A minimum of 4+ years of progressive accounting experience

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Definite Assets:

Previous public accounting, high-tech or SaaS industry experience

Familiarity with IFRS

Compensation:

$100,000 - $115,000 annual salary range
