Client Care Representative

POSITION OVERVIEW

Pitcher & Doyle is seeking an experienced Client Care Representative to support our underwriting team, reporting to the Director, Underwriting. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional with strong administrative and conflict-resolution skills who is looking to grow within the insurance industry. Comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for client and broker inquiries, delivering timely, accurate, and empathetic service
• Support policy administration, including documentation review, data validation, endorsements, cancellations, and general processing
• Coordinate premium finance agreements, client communications, and follow-ups
• Provide administrative and customer support related to claims, including intake coordination and status updates
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery and issue resolution
• Assist with general administrative tasks and contribute to process improvements
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in customer service and/or administrative roles (call centre experience an asset)
• General Insurance Level 1 licence or ability to obtain
• Exposure to claims processes and/or premium finance considered an asset
• Strong attention to detail, documentation, and follow-up skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Demonstrated conflict-resolution skills with a customer-first mindset
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Experience working with CRM, client databases, or policy administration systems
• Comfortable working within established procedures in a regulated environment
