Job Description

Take on the role of a Pouch Operator focused on quality and efficiency during evening shifts. Operate machinery in a manufacturing environment and support continuous improvement efforts.

As a key player in production, you will set up and run pouch-making equipment, ensuring compliance with high-quality standards. Your role will involve monitoring machine performance and making timely adjustments while supporting training initiatives to foster a collaborative workplace. Embrace various duties, including maintenance and quality checks, to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities: • Ensure quality standards are met in pouch production • Operate and maintain pouch-making equipment • Monitor machine operations for defects • Participate in ongoing training opportunities • Keep production area clean and organized

Requirements: • Manufacturing experience is advantageous • High School Diploma or equivalent a must • Must be flexible regarding work schedule • Familiarity with flexible packaging films is a plus • Excellent communication skills needed
