In the Field Coordinator role, you'll lead job-site operations, ensuring that engineering tasks are executed efficiently and ethically. Your responsibilities will include contract administration, performance measurement, and project reporting, directly advising Project Management. This position is key to maintaining high standards and progressing major transportation projects.

Key Responsibilities: • Plan, schedule, and supervise job site operations • Order materials and ensure timely deliveries • Compile, process, and confirm labor timesheets • Participate in safety reviews and job hazard analyses • Support field surveying and project layout tasks

Requirements: • 3+ years' experience in construction and engineering • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related • Willingness to travel and manage relocations • Strong passion for safety and ethical practices • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
