Job Description

Take the lead as Systems Manager with AtkinsRéalis, focusing on engineering management for the Calgary Green Line SE Segment. Collaborate in a hybrid role to ensure seamless systems integration.

In this key position, you will manage diverse teams responsible for engineering design and delivery of essential rail systems, including Signaling and Traction Power. Your role emphasizes compliance, technical supervision, and ensuring the successful coordination of project systems, delivering aligned performance and meeting operational benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities: • Direct systems engineering for transit project design • Ensure successful integration of communications and signaling systems • Facilitate multidisciplinary team and stakeholder collaboration • Maintain regulatory compliance and project performance quality • Support critical systems testing and commissioning tasks

Requirements: • Engineering degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) • 15+ years in major rail or transit systems • Strong preference for P.Eng. designation • Experience in complex systems environments • Knowledge of rail systems integration practices
