Job Description

Take on the role of Software Engineering Manager at a top manufacturing firm in Mississauga. In this full-time, on-site position, you’ll lead a development team and remain engaged in coding activities.

This senior role requires a hands-on approach, focusing on building applications that support manufacturing systems and enhance business operations. You’ll leverage your skills in C#, .NET Core, and React/Next.js while fostering an Agile culture within the team. Optimizing SQL Server databases and managing cloud integrations using Azure will be critical to your success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor and lead a development team while coding

Requirements:

• 10+ years of software development experience

• 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role
