Project Manager - IT Infrastructure Projects

Job Description

Support dynamic IT infrastructure projects as an Associate Project Manager. Focus on project tracking, stakeholder engagement, and agile delivery methods to ensure success.

Reporting to the Delivery Manager, your role involves coordinating all aspects of IT infrastructure projects. With 3-5 years of experience, you will support program planning, manage communication streams, and maintain effective governance. Your attention to detail will be key for tracking risks and milestones accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate activities and ensure alignment across initiatives

• Monitor progress against project plans and KPIs

• Prepare status reports and communication for stakeholders

• Support change management and resource coordination

• Maintain delivery documentation for audit readiness

Requirements:

• 3-5 years as an associate project manager in IT

• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills

• Proficiency in Jira and the MS Suite

• Knowledgeable in Agile methodologies and risk management

• Familiarity with financial management processes
