Overview
Platform Analyst – Cloud & Core Networking (Contract). We are hiring a Platform Analyst for a leading enterprise organization in the retail technology sector. In this role, you'll support digital innovation, cloud platforms, and analytical infrastructure while working with a dynamic team of technology professionals. You’ll play a critical role in shaping scalable and resilient network solutions that support modern retail operations and customer-focused platforms. This is a hybrid opportunity for candidates with 2-3 years of experience in cloud networking, software development, or related technical fields.
What You’ll Do
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for cloud and core networking environments
Participate in on-call support and incident resolution processes
Assist in the research, design, and planning of new network technologies
Collaborate with teams to ensure projects align with technical standards
Contribute to documentation and help evolve infrastructure to meet modern business needs
Requirements / Qualifications
Hands-on experience in cloud networking and software development (1–2 years)
Must have experience with automating cloud infrastructure deployment and management with Terraform
Interest in Automation DevOps and Infrastructure as a Code (IaaS)
Experience with any one of the following cloud platforms: GCP, Azure, AWS
Experience in standard networking technologies (routing, switching, load balancing, IP sub-netting)
Basic understanding of cloud networking concepts
Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
Solid communication skills and curiosity to explore better ways of working
Contract Details
Contract: 6 months (with possible extension)
Location: Remote
