Estimator for Infrastructure Projects

Job Description

Become an Estimator at Industra, focusing on heavy civil infrastructure and water projects in Canada. Drive competitive estimates from conception to submission.

We are looking for candidates with 3 to 7 years of experience in estimating mechanical and infrastructure projects. Your role will include preparing accurate estimates, developing detailed quantity take-offs, and supporting bid submissions. Strong analytical skills and the ability to work closely with project teams are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and submit cost estimates for civil projects

• Analyze and review project documents and risks

• Assist in developing competitive pricing strategies

• Conduct quantity take-offs from specifications and drawings

• Collaborate with estimators and project managers

Requirements:

• 3 to 7 years estimating experience in relevant sectors

• Preferred education in Mechanical Engineering or similar field

• Experience with estimating software and Excel

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Valid driver's license for site accessibility
