Are you a detail-driven project manager with a passion for digital transformation? We’re hiring for a confidential Cisco-related initiative focused on accelerating inclusive innovation across Canada. This role supports a high-impact program that blends technology, education, and strategic partnerships to drive meaningful change.

What You’ll Do Analyze and report on project data for regular stakeholder updates

Reconcile budgets, revenues, and expenses across internal systems

Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies

Lead monthly project check-ins and maintain documentation

Collaborate with sales teams to ensure project alignment

Manage project assets and ensure proper documentation

Support change management and process evolution

Act as a liaison between internal teams, suppliers, and partners

Skills & Requirements Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Cisco related project experience

Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Experience with financial reporting and operational excellence

Success Metrics Effective budget and investment management

Adherence to process standards and documentation protocols
