Join Vena's innovative team as a Remote Senior Site Reliability Developer. Focus on enhancing system reliability through best-in-class automation practices.

As part of Vena's SaaS Technology and Operations (STO) team, you will leverage your engineering skills to build resilient infrastructures across AWS and Azure. This role emphasizes automation to reduce operational toil and improve service delivery while allowing for flexible work options.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development of scalable, distributed systems

• Collaborate on system design and document operating procedures

• Oversee live service performance and metrics

• Mentor team members on new technologies and practices

• Enhance incident response protocols for reliability

Requirements:

• Over 6 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering

• Certifications in AWS or Azure are highly regarded

• Expertise in SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets

• Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure and IaC tools

• Strong coding skills with proven implementation in production
