Be a key player at Sidekick as a Product Manager, utilizing your mechanical engineering background to innovate injury relief solutions. This hybrid role centers on product lifecycle from concept to market launch.

The ideal candidate for this role within Sidekick will possess expertise in developing physical consumer products and a strong engineering foundation. You will analyze customer needs, construct clear product briefs, and collaborate closely with designers and engineers to ensure success. Your leadership will drive product validation and market readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research unmet consumer needs through interviews and data analysis

• Develop precise briefs outlining product vision and goals

• Manage prototyping phases and user feedback

• Ensure quality during tooling and production stages

• Create and execute product launch strategies

Requirements:

• 5+ years in physical product development

• Mechanical engineering experience is preferred
