Experienced Python Developer for Scalable Data Solutions

Job Description

Become a key player as a Python developer focused on building scalable data pipelines. Collaborate with financial experts to optimize data delivery and integrity in a dynamic environment.

This role is designed for an experienced software developer with a strong background in Python and data engineering. You will be responsible for optimizing data ingestion pipelines and collaborating closely with researchers and traders. A strong focus on maintainable systems and hands-on experience in Linux environments are critical to success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design scalable data pipelines for financial data processing

• Collaborate with teams to onboard new datasets

• Maintain and enhance distributed systems and databases

• Develop software solutions in Linux environments

• Debug and troubleshoot data integrity and performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field

• 4+ years of Python development experience

• Strong SQL and RDBMS skills, preferably PostgreSQL

• ETL pipeline development experience

• Experience with high-throughput data systems
