Job Description

Embark on your technology career as an AI/ML Developer Intern with IBM Consulting in Toronto. In this hybrid role, you’ll drive advancements in AI and machine learning systems.

This 12-month internship is perfect for undergraduate and graduate students interested in AI technologies, beginning in January 2027. You will design and build essential analytics platforms, working on real-time data engineering and ML model development, all while fostering innovative solutions in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create ML models for predictive analysis and fraud detection

• Develop low-latency data pipelines for timely insights

• Construct distributed AI infrastructure using Kubernetes

• Embed models into production and analytical systems

• Ensure compliance with privacy and security regulations

Requirements:

• Must be enrolled in a relevant Bachelor's or Master's program

• Experience with ML algorithms and real-time data

• Understanding of distributed systems and cloud technologies

• Familiarity with MLOps and data analytics
