Job Description

Join AECOM as an Entry-Level Structural Engineer in Kitchener, Ontario, and take your first step toward an impactful career in engineering. This full-time role emphasizes design, analysis, and hands-on site experience.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with seasoned engineers, utilizing structural design software and participating in site inspections to ensure contractor compliance. You'll engage in the preparation and review of essential project documents in a hybrid working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and conduct structural calculations and sketches

• Review contract specifications and quantity estimates

• Perform inspections based on established methodologies

• Monitor ongoing construction activities and prepare reports

• Apply established engineering practices to assigned tasks

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with emphasis on Structures

• Valid Ontario G driver’s license

• Willingness to work in the Kitchener office periodically

• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software preferred

• Good communication skills for effective reporting and teamwork
