Job Description

Lead AI engineering efforts focusing on automation at Chubb Canada. Drive the transformation of Claims and Underwriting processes through innovative AI capabilities.

In this full-time role, you will work closely with regional teams to operationalize AI solutions, ensuring efficiency and compliance in Audit and Claims management. Your tasks will encompass building scalable platforms and leveraging generative AI, enhancing operational workflows and analytics capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop next-gen AI platforms for Audit+ and Claims

• Build scalable, efficient data processing pipelines

• Integrate advanced AI applications and techniques

• Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards

• Collaborate across teams for effective AI governance

Requirements:

• Proficient in Python and one additional programming language

• Strong knowledge of LLM applications and frameworks

• Experience deploying high-scale solutions via Docker

• Familiar with monitoring tools for production systems

• Proven ability in creating comprehensive ML pipelines
