Job Description

Lead impactful career services with Digital NEST as a Career Programs Coordinator. Oversee and enhance youth engagement, aligning programs with community needs across multiple centers.

Digital NEST seeks a motivated full-time Career Programs Coordinator to support the execution of career development initiatives. This role requires at least three years of experience in youth development and strong organizational skills. You will collaborate across teams to ensure high-quality programming and participation, making a significant impact on career readiness for young adults.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and lead regional career-building events

• Develop resource toolkits for program implementation

• Analyze data on Career Services participation and outcomes

• Support the Center and Pathway teams in program delivery

• Manage logistics for events ensuring accessibility

Requirements:

• Minimum three years in youth development or related fields

• Experience with young adults 14–24 from diverse backgrounds

• Proven success in organizing career development events

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

• Passionate about youth empowerment and support

Drive career readiness and support Digital NEST members through innovative programming and community collaboration.
