Job Description

Chartwell is on the lookout for dedicated Servers to enhance their dining team. In this role, you’ll take orders, serve food and beverages, and set a warm, inviting atmosphere. Collaboration and communication are key in engaging with residents to fulfill their dining preferences while ensuring an organized dining room.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve food and beverage orders to tableside

• Set up and clear the dining room per Chartwell’s standards

• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout shifts

• Cater to residents' individual tastes with careful attention

• Ensure a safe and efficient dining environment

Requirements:

• Previous serving experience is beneficial

• Secondary school diploma or equivalent required

• Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

• Capacity to stand for long periods and manage heavy lifting
