Onsite Technical Engineer for Design Modifications and Support

Job Description

Elevate your engineering career as a Technical Engineer. Provide crucial onsite design modifications and technical support across a range of projects in a collaborative environment.

In this multifaceted role, you will prepare design change packages and deliver technical assistance for fieldwork. You'll be responsible for creating designs, calculations, and addressing field issues while maintaining robust documentation. This position requires proficiency in engineering change control and strong communication to ensure effective project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare design change packages for modifications

• Support field work and project control actions

• Conduct inspections, acceptance, and approvals

• Maintain documented processes and procedures

• Address cybersecurity and vulnerability analysis

Requirements:

• Degree in engineering (mechanical/electrical/related)

• Knowledge of technical report writing and documentation

• Understanding of engineering change control processes

• Design experience in relevant engineering fields preferred

• P.Eng. designation is a plus
