Join Lightspeed as a Staff Technical Program Manager to revolutionize the Product Development Lifecycle. This strategic role requires defining effective frameworks and solid metrics to streamline cross-functional workflows.

As a key member of the Product & Technology Operations team, you'll develop and implement the PDLC execution model across multiple products, ensuring clarity and consistency. Your efforts will establish robust metrics, driving informed decision-making while addressing operational bottlenecks. Collaboration with engineers on AI applications will further enhance delivery effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define a comprehensive PDLC framework for all products
