Job Description

Take on a leadership role as the Manager of Pattern Engineering at lululemon, merging innovative design with technical proficiency in a hybrid setting. Focus on exceptional garment fit and quality.

In this position, you will lead a team of skilled Pattern Engineers tasked with developing and refining garment patterns from design to production. Collaboration with various departments, including Technical Development and Design, is essential for delivering high-quality products. Your role will emphasize mentorship and promoting best practices in pattern engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct the development of garment patterns from concept

• Allocate and manage team tasks for optimal delivery

• Provide best practice guidance and technical instruction

• Mentor team members to encourage skill development

• Maintain high standards in pattern libraries and specifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• 8+ years in pattern engineering, preferably in women's apparel

• Leadership experience in team settings

• Proficiency in PLM and CAD software

• Strong industry knowledge and communication skills
