Flexographic Press Operator Role

Job Description

Become a Flexographic Press Operator at a commercial printing company. Utilize your printing expertise and two years of experience to ensure quality production in a noisy, on-site environment.

This on-site position requires a secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience. You will work in-house to operate flexographic presses, make necessary adjustments, and monitor quality during press runs. Your attention to detail and manual dexterity are essential in maintaining high production standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mount plates and cylinders, making necessary adjustments

• Fill ink fountains and control color and viscosity

• Set up presses and check samples at slow speeds

• Monitor press runs for quality via a computer console

• Remove and clean equipment at the end of each run

Requirements:

• Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience

• 2-3 years of relevant press operation experience

• Ability to work under pressure in a physically demanding role

• Strong hand-eye coordination and color distinction skills

• Efficient interpersonal skills and accuracy
