You will join the Streaming Foundations team tasked with enhancing the reliability and scalability of Okta’s systems. Your contributions will be pivotal in shaping the engineering roadmap and providing solutions to complex challenges. Collaborate with engineers across the organization to ensure efficient delivery of the platform's capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to technical direction and input on engineering roadmap

• Design and implement impactful systems from concept through delivery

• Address architectural challenges for improved scalability

• Collaborate on cross-functional projects for successful execution

• Apply best practices to enhance system observability and reliability

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced software development

• Strong skills in Golang or Java preferred

• Hands-on experience with event-driven systems

• Familiarity with database fundamentals and streaming technologies

• Experience with cloud providers and container technologies
