Key Responsibilities:

• Successfully lead a team of software engineers

• Manage all phases of software development on hardware

• Engineer software solutions for high-performance machinery

• Coordinate efforts between product, hardware, and QA groups

• Conduct thorough code reviews and foster innovation

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of software development experience

• 3 years minimum in a management capacity

• Strong skills in Rust, C++, Go, or Flutter

• Experience with machine control and embedded systems

• Understanding of Agile methodologies
