The Director, Data Science/ML, will spearhead CookUnity's data-driven product strategies. This leadership role requires 10+ years of data science experience, including team management and hands-on ML execution. You will focus on predictive modeling, experimentation frameworks, and emerging technologies like generative AI to enhance our customer experience and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities: • Define the product data science strategy for key initiatives • Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate data insights • Own the entire ML lifecycle from problem framing to deployment • Develop robust experimentation frameworks for product testing • Build a high-performing data science team that drives innovation

Requirements: • 10+ years in data science, 5+ in leadership roles • Proven experience with ML model deployment • Strong expertise in experimentation and causal inference • Excellent product sense and communication skills • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks
