Internship as Data Analyst in Toronto

Job Description

Embark on an exciting internship as a Data Analyst with TD Asset Management in Toronto. This role focuses on enhancing portfolio analytics using SQL and Python for impactful reporting.

As part of the Portfolio Research & Analytics team, you’ll work this winter term to streamline data processes and develop cutting-edge tools for portfolio management. This internship will provide valuable experience in large datasets and teamwork while collaborating with key business leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement dashboard solutions

• Automate data reporting processes

• Work closely with Portfolio Managers and Traders

• Analyze large datasets for valuable insights

• Participate in cross-team data communication

Requirements:

• Must be a current undergraduate student

• Strong SQL and database skills are essential

• Experience with Tableau, PowerBI or similar tools preferred

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Interest or coursework in finance is an asset
