This position demands a seasoned professional with mechanical or industrial engineering experience, coupled with a minimum of five years in a supervisory capacity. You will implement quality and safety procedures while managing high-volume production operations to meet strict deadlines.

Key Responsibilities: • Direct and evaluate all plant operations to meet standards • Implement procedures for material and labor efficiency • Ensure compliance with quality/safety regulations and ISO 9001 • Develop maintenance schedules for production machinery • Hire and train employees on operational processes

Requirements: • HS diploma or GED; college degree is an asset • Five years of supervisory or managerial experience • Mechanical engineering background is essential • Experience with stamping and forming machines preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant management software
