CITRIX Infrastructure Support Analyst

Job Description

Expand your career as a CITRIX Infrastructure Support Analyst with TELUS, specializing in network design and deployment in various environments. Your role will focus on software installation and incident management in a dynamic team setting.

In this contract role, you will assist with key functionalities within a Windows 2008r2 Domain, ranging from DNS to DHCP configurations. Expect to actively engage with a project team, manage tight timelines, and provide outstanding support to team members and clients. Your troubleshooting skills will be vital for resolving server-related incidents effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage new software installations and reviews

• Support client requests related to firewalls and upgrades

• Coordinate resolution of server infrastructure incidents

• Analyze and enhance hardware configurations

• Engage in corporate initiatives from TELUS for monitoring

Requirements:

• Solid experience with CITRIX, UNIX, and Windows environments

• Proven analytical and debugging expertise
