Job Description

Join HR Project Partners as a Mechanical and Piping Field Engineer in Hamilton, ON, supporting client operations for a 12-month duration. Bring your expertise in mining and steel manufacturing to influence project outcomes.

As a Field Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering and Construction team, focused on executing engineering deliverables effectively. Your role will involve identifying site issues, communicating design changes, and providing technical support at various industrial locations. With 5+ years of experience on large construction sites, you're expected to ensure structural integrity and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site technical support for engineering tasks

• Manage project execution and updates effectively

• Inspect steel installations for quality and compliance

• Take critical site measurements to assist design engineers

• Document site progress and prepare required reports

Requirements:

• Interprovincial Red Seal in Mechanical or Piping discipline

• 5+ years of experience in industrial construction

• Knowledge of engineering blueprints and drawings

• Familiarity with P6 Planning and MS Projects

• Capability to meet physical job demands
