Elevate your Agile career as a SAFe Release Train Engineer with a leading firm in Toronto. This role focuses on managing value flow and coaching teams, with a hybrid work model of two days onsite.

We are seeking a skilled Release Train Engineer to optimize PI planning and delivery in our Toronto office. This long-term role requires expertise in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and SAFe, along with strong coaching abilities. You will collaborate cross-functionally to track metrics and ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize value flow through releases

• Facilitate PI Readiness and System Demos

• Coordinate successful feature delivery across teams

• Track and produce key metrics for monitoring

• Work cross-functionally with Product Owners and stakeholders

Requirements:

• 1+ years as a SAFe Release Train Engineer

• Certified SAFe Release Train Engineer or Scrum Master

• 2+ years with Agile management tools

• 5+ years of Agile experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
