Project Manager for Mechanical Special Projects

Job Description

As part of the expanding Special Projects team, you will utilize your mechanical expertise and management skills to oversee infrastructure projects totaling up to $2M. This position requires leading project execution from concept to completion, ensuring compliance with specifications and budget constraints while maintaining safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct project leadership regarding cost, schedule, and quality

• Establish objectives and standards per company policy

• Engage with stakeholders for effective communication

• Prepare and manage project schedules and milestones

• Monitor progress and report on project outcomes

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of Mechanical Project Management experience

• Post-secondary education in relevant disciplines

• Experience in managing mechanical systems projects

• Familiarity with estimating in ICI or Tenant projects

• Advanced skills in project management software
