This role focuses on enabling platform success for customers by defining technical requirements and supporting complex system integrations. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead enablement of Microchip Switchtec® PCIe® switch products

• Provide advanced debugging for customer platform issues

• Deliver technical training and presentations to teams

• Mentor junior engineers in technical development

• Collaborate with teams to optimize product integration

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field

• 8+ years industry experience required

• Strong skills in C and C++ programming
