Job Description

Bridgemans Services Group is seeking a Chief Engineer to oversee the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems of our fleet. Your experience will be crucial in managing maintenance programs and troubleshooting machinery issues. A strong focus on safety compliance and team leadership will enable you to optimize vessel performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee operation and maintenance of all vessel machinery

• Monitor performance of propulsion and auxiliary systems

• Implement preventive maintenance to reduce downtime

• Conduct regular safety inspections and compliance checks

• Guide and support engineering team during repairs

Requirements:

• First Class Engineer certification on motor ship

• 3-5 years as Chief Engineer in maritime

• Proficient in English, both written and verbal

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

• Pass drug and alcohol testing
