Coilplus is looking for a Customs and Logistics Coordinator with experience in import/export logistics. This position encompasses scheduling outbound/inbound trucks, managing freight rates, and ensuring compliance with customs documentation. Your role is crucial in maintaining efficient logistics operations and delivering excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule trucks for prompt customer delivery

• Verify shipment confirmations and troubleshoot issues

• Coordinate customs clearance activities

• Manage carrier compliance and freight costs

• Organize logistics with mills and suppliers

Requirements:

• Associates degree or equivalent experience

• 1-2 years in logistics or supply chain management

• Basic knowledge of customs processes

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Familiarity with Incoterms is a plus
