BioScript Process Improvement Expert

Job Description

Elevate operational efficiency at BioScript Solutions as a Process Improvement Expert. This full-time position is based in Moncton or Oakville, focusing on strategic process initiatives.

As a Process Improvement Specialist, your primary focus will be on streamlining operations and implementing effective change strategies. With over 7 years in process improvement, you will be involved in projects from analysis and design to performance monitoring. Collaboration with various business units will be key in achieving optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead process mapping and modeling for better performance

• Present actionable insights to management and team members

• Oversee execution of improvement projects and manage risks

• Analyze process performance data to identify enhancements

• Report patient safety and product issues as necessary

Requirements:

• 7+ years in managing change for process improvements

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education

• Training in Lean Six Sigma or Business Process Management preferred

• Familiarity with BPMN 2.0 and related tools

• Understanding of pharmacy regulations is an asset
