Job Description

As an EHS Advisor at Aecon, you’ll provide essential guidance to project supervisors on health and safety protocols. With at least three years of experience in the field, you will engage in training programs and audits, aiming for a safer workplace environment. Your role is crucial in mitigating risks and fostering a culture of safety.

Key Responsibilities: • Conduct audits for EHS management systems • Oversee training for project staff on safety standards • Track and report on safety statistics • Carry out field observations and hazard assessments • Develop and review Safe Work Plans and JSA

Requirements: • At least 3 years of Health and Safety experience in construction • Relevant designations (e.g., CHSO, CRSP) preferred • Skilled in EHS software and Microsoft Suite • Availability to support shift work and project needs • Experience in nuclear settings and security clearance beneficial
