This position is vital for maintaining a secure healthcare setting within Vancouver Coastal Health's portfolio. Candidates should possess a valid BC Security Guard License and have reliable experience, with competencies in managing emergencies and conflict resolution. Key Responsibilities: • Monitor and control access to healthcare facilities • Conduct thorough patrols of assigned areas • Respond to disturbances and emergencies rapidly • Implement established lockdown and evacuation procedures • Use surveillance tools to detect suspicious activities

Requirements: • Hold a valid BC Security Guard License • 1 year experience in a relevant security role • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Composed problem-solving abilities under pressure • Flexible schedule including weekend availability
