Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Hitachi Vantara Solution Architect to support upcoming initiatives for our private sector client. This is a strategic, hands-on role focused on designing and implementing enterprise-grade solutions using Hitachi technologies. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strong client-facing skills, and a consultative mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and design scalable solutions using Hitachi Vantara technologies, including:

Lead technical discussions with stakeholders to define solution requirements

Collaborate with infrastructure and cloud teams to integrate Hitachi solutions into broader enterprise environments

Provide guidance on best practices, performance optimization, and security compliance

Support implementation, testing, and troubleshooting phases

Document architecture and configuration standards

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in solution architecture or enterprise infrastructure roles

Proven hands-on experience with Hitachi Vantara technologies

Strong understanding of storage architecture, data protection, and hybrid cloud integration

Experience with enterprise clients in regulated environments

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Ability to work independently in a remote setting

Security Requirements

Must hold Secret-level Government of Canada security clearance, or be eligible to obtain it

Type: Independent Consultant (Contract)

Duration: 6 months minimum, with potential for extension

Location: Remote (Canada-based only)
