Job Description

You will work closely with the engineering leadership team to scale novel processes into operational success. This leadership position is ideal for a Senior Process Engineer seeking to expand their technical and managerial influence while remaining engaged in hands-on problem-solving and mentoring as the team grows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead scale-up processes from R&D through operational readiness

• Own and review essential engineering deliverables

• Engage with external partners on design and delivery

• Supervise equipment installation and commissioning activities

• Mentor upcoming engineers through challenges and innovations

Requirements:

• Relevant degree in Chemical or Process Engineering

• Over 10 years in a process-oriented environment

• Expertise in chemicals, petrochemicals, and relevant sectors

• Strong hands-on experience in commissioning operations

• British Columbia P.Eng. eligibility
