Electrical Engineering Order Manager at Trench

Job Description

Become the Electrical Engineering Order Manager at Trench Canada in Scarborough, ON, responsible for optimizing order execution to meet technical requirements. This senior-level role is key for engineering success.

You will lead the Order Engineering team, ensuring complete and accurate designs for Air-Core Coil products while managing a variety of responsibilities related to order execution and team development. Candidates should have over five years of engineering experience and strong leadership abilities to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise order engineering from design to release

• Track and manage project timelines and resources

• Validate electrical designs against specifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering

• 5+ years in electrical design or related fields

• Leadership in engineering teams

• Professional Engineering License is a plus
